Evonik Names New VP

Washlock promoted in personal care, North America.

Evonik appointed Paul Washlock to vice president, personal care for Evonik Corporation where he is responsible for business and growth strategies while managing North American sales and marketing, product and technical groups.
 
Washlock joined Evonik in 2012 as business director of the personal care business line. He brings more than 20 years of chemical business and management experience to his current position, which he assumed in January 2014. He joined Evonik from the Dow Chemical Company, where he served most recently as Regional Commercial Manager for the Cellulosics Group since 2009.
 
Washlock is also a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and Personal Care Products Council.
