LG Household Nixes Elizabeth Arden Acquisition Idea

Restructuring plans at beauty marketer an issue.

After announcing a set of job cuts and more this week, Elizabeth Arden became a point of disinterest for a possible acquisition by South Korea's LG Household & Health Care, according to reports.

The Seoul-based company, which also makes household cleaning goods, is looking at “big deals” locally and overseas.
