Sea buckthorn skin care and supplement COMPny Sibu Beauty named Robert A. King as chief executive officer. He is the past president of A.M. Todd Botanical Therapeutics.

At A.M. Todd, King oversaw the manufacture of the well-known Airborne formula, directed bioactive research efforts and was instrumental in new product introductions. He brings with him international experience, particularly in Asia where he was intimately involved with the construction of the largest stevia extraction facility in the world covering 160,000 square-feet located in Anji, China and has audited more than 200 sites.
King is a member of the American Botanical Council and has served on the Board of Trustees for the American Herbal Products Association.  He has also been active in the United Natural Products Association.
Peter McMullin, president of Sibu, stated, “We are thrilled to have Robert join our Sibu team.  His background rounds out our leadership and we look forward to utilizing his knowledge base to help our brand maintain its positive growth.”
McMullin also notes that the brand will be looking to expand its horizons, tapping into King’s strength in Asia.
