In-Cosmetics 2015, this year celebrating its 25th anniversary, will take place April 14-16 in Barcelona, the fourth largest cosmetic and toiletries market in Europe. More than 680 exhibitors from 40 countries are expected to showcase the latest technologies of interest to the cosmetic formulator. Organizers predict that In-Cosmetics 2015 will attract more than 8,000 industry professionals from around the world.
“In-Cosmetics 2015 isn’t just the ideal showcase for the latest products and ingredients, it’s an ideas factory where like-minded professionals can exchange thinking and catch-up on the trends affecting their businesses right now and those likely to have an impact on the market in coming months," explained Cathy Laporte, exhibition manager, In-Cosmetics. A dedicated section on the exibit floor will explore what Turkey and the Middle East have to offer cosmetic formulators. The global Halal cosmetics and personal care market will grow at a CAGR of 13.43% over the period 2013-2018, according to research company TechNavio. This strong growth can be attributed to both the rise in the world’s Muslim population and continued strong demand from Malaysia and Indonesia, which are the two largest Halal beauty markets in the world.
The In-Cosmetics 2015 Educational Program includes a Marketing Trends presentation from Dr. Yavuz Özoguz of M-Haditec, a Halal-certification specialist,who iso offering insights into the rise of Halal products and forecasts for growth, plus a guide to the complex area of certification.
