Procter & Gamble (P&G) promoted global health and grooming president, David Taylor, by way of extended responsibilities, according to reports. He will take over P&G’s beauty portfolio—with brands such as Olay, Pantene and CoverGirl—and become group president for global beauty, grooming and health care.
Deb Henretta was named group president for global e-business, a new role, moving up from her previous position in the beauty business at P&G.
All changes are effective Feb. 1, 2015, said reports. The company itself has been angling to make some changes that kicked off in 2014, as previously reported in Happi.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the ascension of Taylor puts him in the lead to succeed Chief Executive A.G. Lafley.
