Registration is now open for the 2015 Mid-Year Meeting of the Consumer Specialty Products Association. "Driving Change Thru Creative Disruption" is the topic of the meeting, which will be held May 5 to May 8 at the Downtown Chicago Marriott.
The meeting will include 50 sessions including presenters from the US EPA, retail organizations, consumer products marketers and suppliers, and entrepreneurs Josh Linkner and Petra Nemcova. Linkner is the founder and former CEO of ePrize; CEO and managing partner, Detroit Venture Partners and New York Times best-selling author of "Disciplined Dreaming—A Proven System to Drive Breakthrough Creativity."
Nemcova is a model, television host and philanthropist who founded and chairs the Happy Hearts Fund, a charitable organization and campaign formed after the Tsunami of 2004. In 2012, she was designated as Ambassador-at-Large for Haiti for her work with Happy Hearts Fund. Nemcova is also CEO of Be the Light Candles.
The 2015 Mid-Year Meeting will include presentations by CSPA Chairman of the Board Paul Siracusa, Church & Dwight Co., Inc. and CSPA President & CEO Christopher Cathcart. The annual presentation of the Murray Glauberman Scholarship to the child or grandchild of a CSPA member company employee will also be part of the General Session activities.
Attendees will be able to interact at the BizHub, which will be the center of social activities during lunchtime and a networking reception on May 6. The 2015 Mid-Year meeting will conclude on May 7 with a dinner cruise.
