Innospec and Chemyunion have entered into a collaborative partnership. Under terms of the agreement, Chemyunion will represent Innospec in Brazil for the personal care market. Further, Chemyunion will manufacture select Innospec personal care products locally, providing Innospec's Brazilian customers with cost savings benefits on some of Innospec’s most exciting products including Iselux, the surfactant for sulfate-free formulations. In the US, Innospec will represent Chemyunion on the West Coast through its subsidiary Chemtec and in the southeast with the Innospec team. Innospec will also produce select Chemyunion products for the US personal care market; providing logistics benefits to US customers. Innospec will also represent Chenyunion at several personal care market leaders providing enhanced access to the technical communities of those key global customers.
