Elizabeth Arden, Inc. named George Cleary as president, global fragrances. He is a seasoned executive that joins the team with over 20 years of experience in beauty and personal care. His most recent role was as CEO, Iluminage, a fast growing global beauty device company.
At Iluminage, he was able to accelerate growth while significantly improving profitability and developing a multi-year pipeline of rich innovation. Prior to that, he held several senior positions at Coty Inc. including president, Americas where he had full strategic and operational responsibility of the $1.2 billion business that spanned multiple beauty categories and channels.
Cleary started his career at Nestle and then moved into the personal care and beauty sector where he held several sales and general management positions with Johnson & Johnson before joining Coty.
