Colgate-owned AP/deo brand Speed Stick will be hosting fan events this week at Kentucky Motor Speedway aimed at celebrating those who echo NASCAR driver courage to step up and crush self-doubt in high pressure situations, with a chance to meet driver Cole Whitt and win great prizes.
"We are looking forward to continuing to celebrate Cole's performance and support him as he tackles a new race this weekend." said Bill Van de Graaf, vice president and general manager, US personal care, Colgate-Palmolive. "As a young driver, Cole consistently remained focused and calm during the most intense and pressure-filled moments. We are encouraging his fans to demonstrate the same resilience and determination as they tackle their own personal goals."
Speed Stick and Whitt are in their third year of the their partnership. The brand will continue to support Whitt this year through sponsored races, including the Crown Royal 400 at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway also in July, and the Can-Am 500 at Phoenix International Raceway in November.
