Gary Romans has been appointed vice president, Extracts and Cosmetic Ingredients Business of Morre-Tec Industries Inc.

In his new position at Morre-Tec, Romans will report to COO Bill Ludlum. Prior to joining Morre-Tec, Romans was with Fagrance Resources where he was a senior account executive. Prior to this position, he was with Givaudan Fragrances. He was responsible for managing a diverse product category and was involved in re-introducing Givaudan Fragrances to the North American marketplace. Before joining Givaudan, Romans held senior marketing and sales positions at Aromor Flavors and Fragrances, Symrise Inc., and Firmenich.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University and a Masters in Chemistry from Rutgers.
