Attendee Registration Opens for NYSCC Suppliers' Day

Attendee registration is now open for NYSCC Suppliers’ Day, the largest event in North America for cosmetic chemistry, May 2-3, 2017 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, New York. Individual exhibitor registration will be available soon. Taking place for the first time in New York, the 38th Annual New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC) Suppliers’ Day is the must-attend event for all those seeking innovation, education and business connections in the cosmetics and personal care industries.


Cosmetic chemists, ingredient executives including R&D professionals involved in ingredient/strategic sourcing, formulation experts, and marketing/sales strategists are encouraged to register as attendees now for this highly anticipated event.


“NYSCC members and the chemical ingredients community have been overwhelming positive about the new Javits location in New York City. This May, Suppliers’ Day will be a hotbed of activity in beauty and personal care innovations and provide ample networking and business-building,” said Marie Thadal, chair/president, NYSCC Executive Board.


Interest in exhibit space for Suppliers’ Day at its new venue in New York has been strong, with more than 400 top suppliers and distributors already set to display their latest innovations and industry solutions. And a new Business France’s Pavilion featuring 12 exhibitors occupying 15 stands.

Specialty areas at this year’s Suppliers’ Day include:

INNOVATIONS ALLEY: a showcase of the latest ingredients, solutions and technology that are, in many cases, debuting in the U.S. or have not been seen at an event prior to NYSCC Suppliers Day 2017.

FUTURE CHEMISTS WORKSHOP: a curated area on the show floor to challenge and reward up and coming cosmetic students. Suppliers are invited to provide ingredients, equipment and support; results of the challenge will be published with the aim of demonstrating NYSCC’s commitment to educating the industry and showcasing, trends and innovations that will drive the future in skin, hair, and color cosmetics.

DIGITAL AGE OF BEAUTY: a learning area featuring the technologies driving supply chain innovations, product development and efficient time-to-market including, 3D printing, data intelligence tools, virtual reality and digital enhancements and filters.


“Bringing the industry together, under one roof, for an immersive experience of discovering new products and connecting with peers is what Suppliers’ Day is all about.
