Julia Solomon Ensor is an attorney in the Enforcement Division of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, where she coordinates the Division's "Made in USA" program and works on a variety of compliance and enforcement matters. Prior to joining the FTC in 2010, Ms. Ensor was an associate at King & Spalding LLP in Washington, DC. Ms. Ensor holds a B.A. from Yale University, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
According to Arent Fox, participants will:
• Learn about making “Made in USA” claims;
• Review significant “Made in USA” cases;
• Discuss “Made in USA” enforcement; and
• Understand “Made in USA” enforcement priorities.
