Schwarzkopf Brings Gliss Line To US

Award-winning European hair care line heralded with new ad campaign.

Schwarzkopf’s award-wining Gliss Hair Repair collection is making its way from Europe to the US this month, along with an empowering new ad campaign (see below).

Powered by a high-performance formula, Gliss  products are said to penetrate deep into the hair to repair and even the slightest damages and restore from the inside out. Liquid keratin technology penetrates up to 10 layers deep, resulting in shinier, healthier looking hair, and up to 90% strongerhair, according to thebrand, which is owned by Henkel.

"Using virgin hair as our control, we damaged the hair," explained Martina Spinatsch, vice president of R&D. "After just one use of the Gliss Ultimate Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, we found immediate improvement in the look and feel of the damaged hair. We then found significant restoration results in the hair after successive washes. After 20 washes, hair was nearly restored back to its virgin state."
