Guthy-Renker Expands Skin Care Offerings

But wait, there's more from Guthy-Renker, the infomercial king! Guthy-Renker Ventures is investing in Dermaflash, a hand-held exfoliating device inspired by the popular med spa procedure, dermaplaning. In conjunction with its investment, Guthy-Renker LLC and Dermaflash are partnering to launch an infomercial to showcase the best-selling device and its related product family.


This at-home device is said to offer a superior level of exfoliation while simultaneously removing pesky peach fuzz from a woman's face. Results are immediate and, like a "magic wand," Dermaflash creates a flawless canvas for skincare and makeup application.


"My passion is empowering women of all ages and ethnicities to attain flawless, camera ready skin. Guthy-Renker will create and manage the direct response distribution channel for Dermaflash, which is already sold in traditional retail outlets such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta and Macys. Earlier this year on QVC, Dermaflash sold more than 30,000 devices in less than a day.
