Goldwell named Daniel Martin, world-renowned editorial hairstylist, as the brand’s new global styling ambassador. Having already worked on upcoming Goldwell campaigns – including StyleSign, Dualsenses, the Colorance Collection and Elumen – Martin will continue to bring an elevated and contemporary approach to future Goldwell initiatives.
“Daniel brings a whole new level of styling expertise to Goldwell,” said John Moroney, vice president and global creative director at Kao Salon Division. “His perspective is young, edgy and definitely fashion-forward. He brings incredible runway and editorial experience to the Goldwell brand.”
Born in London, Martin spent nine successful years on the salon floor before he turned his focus to session styling. Since then, he’s worked with some of the most well-established artists in the field, including stylist icons like Eugene Souleiman and Garren.
Martin’s next charge for Goldwell will be to help guide the Color Zoom 2018 Creative Team as they bring Goldwell’s annual Hair Fashion Collection to life. He will also work closely with the brand on a variety of concept and campaign executions, as well as product development.
