L’Occitane International S.A. has taken a 40% stake in US-based LimeLight by Alcone. In addition, L’Occitane and LimeLight USA will form a joint venture in which L’Occitane will hold a 60% controlling stake. Through the JV, L’Occitane says plans to leverage its global exposure to expand the business model outside of the US.
