Cargill Beauty welcomed Frédéric Niola as its new innovation director. A chemical engineer with a master of science in chemical engineering, he spent his 25-year career at L’Oreal in France and in the US. He started as process engineer, then occupied various roles in R&D in the International Raw Materials department. Niola moved to purchasing 10 years ago, and was until now director in the global purchasing department.
Gerry Nuovo also joined the team as Cargill Beauty’s new sales director for North & South America. He has spent his career in the specialty chemicals industry and has more than 30 years of experience building businesses and commercializing new technologies across the cosmetic, personal care, household and industrial & institutional sectors working for industry leaders like Henkel and Firmenich, to name a few.
