Presperse Corporation has hired Michael F. Manning as director of sales. He succeeds Presperse’s former VP-Sales, Paulo Rodrigues, who has stepped into the role of executive vice president of commercial operations for the company.
Manning brings a wealth of personal care sales development and management to Presperse. He has successfully managed technical sales teams serving multinational, regional and small manufacturers including brand and contract manufacturers. He will be primarily responsible for managing Presperse’s sales team and customer service team. In addition, he will work closely with the R&D and marketing teams to bring enhanced technical capabilities and better develop the Company’s sales approach.
Rodrigues has successfully managed and motivated the sales, customer service and commercial teams since joining Presperse in August 2015. His implementation of several projects to enhance sales reporting, account planning and opportunities has helped drive positive results for the Company, and his ability to develop and maintain important supplier and customer relationships has been invaluable. In his new role, Rodrigues oversees all commercial operations for Presperse, including marketing, R&D, supply chain, commercial management and sales.
