Philip Kingsley has named Blake Hughes as its new CEO. Hughes, who was most recently managing director at Murad, will focus on defining the company's long-term business strategy including capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the UK, internationally as well as the evolving digital space.

Blake has been at Murad as managing director for the past three years. Previously, he has held roles as managing director (UK & Ireland) for Elizabeth Arden. He has also been board member of CTPA (the Cosmetic, Toiletries & Perfumery Association), the beauty reinvention project leader for Marks & Spencer, and managing director of Procter & Gamble Prestige.
