Oat Cosmetics, a leading supplier of oat-derived cosmetic ingredients to the personal care market, has appointed a new chairman and head of product development. Tim Fielder comes in as chairman, replacing Nigel Freer, who after five years at the helm, has retired. Fielder brings a wealth of executive management experience gained from both global IT and logistics corporations as well as running his own business.
Cara Dewis has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of product development and will focus on sourcing and launching new innovative ingredients. Dewis joined Oat Cosmetics in 2012 as part of the marketing department and returns from maternity leave to this new role.
