Jennifer Hyman and Jennifer Tejada have been elected to the board of directors at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Both women have also joined the audit committee.
Hyman is the co-founder and CEO of designer apparel and accessories company Rent the Runway and Tejada is the CEO of PagerDuty, Inc.

Since co-founding the company in 2009, Hyman her grown business— which rents designer apparel and accessories to women, both on-demand and through its subscription service—to include nine million members, 1,200 employees and 500+ designer brands.
Under Tejada’s leadership, PagerDuty, a digital operations management platform for businesses, has doubled its revenue, grown its customer portfolio to more than 10,000 businesses, including half of the Fortune100, and expanded its global footprint in key international markets such as Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
