Procedure
Under moderate mixing, combine ingredients of phase A at room temperature. Under vigorous mixing, combine ingredients of phase B at 50°C until all MgSO4 is dissolved. Then cool to room temperature. Take the refractive indices of both phases. Under continuous agitation, slowly add phase B to phase A. Take the refractive index again, and if necessary, adjust it by adding drops of water or propylene glycol until the product becomes clear. Add fragrance(s) and/or preservative(s). Continue agitating for 30 minutes.
