Procedure
Heat water to 70°C in main vessel and apply medium mixing agitation. Add phases B and C. Cool to 40°C. Add phase D. Adjust viscosity to 10,000-20,000 CPS TA@5rpm with NaCI solution as needed. pH ~ 6.8-7.0.
