Add Inulin lauryl carbamate to water and disperse Carbolpol Ultrez 10. Blend until the carbomer is completely dispersed and hydrated (about 10 minutes). Reduce agitation and heat to 70˚C. Combine components in phase B and heat to 75˚C. Slowly add phase B to phase A. With rapid agitation, hold temperature between 70-75˚C for 30 minutes. Cool to 55˚C and with continuous agitation slowly add corn starch. Add fragrance and preservative. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with TEA. Cool to room temperature and fill. | |
