Procedure
Weigh phase A components and homogenize. Add components of phase B in the order listed. Homogenize. Heat at 75ºC for component solubilization. Moderate mixing until room temperature. Add phase C previously solubilized. Homogenize. Adjust pH and viscosity with phase D.
