Procedure
Hydrate Structure XL polymer for 20 minutes. Add Atlas G-2330 and Germben II-E. Mix for 20 minutes. In a separate beaker, combine all ingredients in phase C and mix until homogeneous. Add phase B to A and allow to mix for 10 minutes. Add Phase C to phase AB and mix well.
