Liporeductyl (Centerchem, Lipotec) (Water, glycerin, lecithin, caffeine, ruscus aculeatus [butcherbroom] extract, TEA-hydroiodide, hedera helix [ivy] extract, carnitine, escin, tripeptide-3, xanthan gum, chondrus crispus [carrageenans], EDTA)

Procedure
Weigh water and add phase A ingredients, stirring to obtain a good mixture. Then mix phase B ingredients, checking the pH. Mix phase C ingredients while stirring and pour them on phase A very slowly.
