Procedure
Combine first two ingredients of phase A.  Begin mixing. Once glycerin has dissolved, slowly dust in the cellulose and continue moderate mixing until completely hydrated. Add remaining ingredient of phase A. Mix well.  Add phase B. Premix phase C and add to mix.  Add phase D. Adjust pH, if necessary.

Viscosity: 7,250 cps ± 10% (RVT Spindle #TC @ 10 RPM, 25°C)
