Phase A
Deionized water
Celquat LS-50 (National) (Polyquaternum-4hydroxypropyl)
National Starch Polymer

Phase B
Brij 30 (Uniqema) (Laureth-4)
Brij 56 (Uniqema) (Ceteth-10)
Tween 80 (Uniqema) (Polysorbate 80)

Phase C
Propylene Glycol (EM Science) (Propylene glycol)
DC 193 Surfactant (Dow Corning) (PEG-12 dimethicone)
Glydant Plus Liquid (Lonza)(DMDM hydantoin (and) iodopropynyl butylcarbamat)

Phase D
Propellant A-46 (Phillips) (Isobutane/propane)

Add all of the DI water into a vessel and begin mixing. With strong agitation, slowly add the Celquat LS-50 polymer directly into the vortex and mix until completely dispersed. In a seperate vessel, combine the Brij 30, Brij 56, and the Tween 80 together. Heat just until melted and mix. With continued mixing, add Phase B to Phase A. Add the remaining ingredients from Phase C to the main batch, mixing well between each addition. Mix until homogeneous. Filter and fill concentrate. For Part D, fill cans with a ratio of 94:6 concentrate: propellant.
