Procedure
Disperse hydroxylpropyl methyl cellulose into water while stirring. Add triethanolamine. Add NaEDTA and mix for at least 20 minutes. While stirring, add Stanfax 590. Add Stanfax 969 and Stanfax 238 one at a time. Mix until uniform. When uniform, add Paramide 1. Mix until uniform and gel free. Premix Paramide 21, fragrance and preservative before adding to the batch. Adjust pH and viscosity as desired. Reduce the amount of water to compensate for fragrance and preservative.
