Cold Mixing Pearlescent Conditioner

q.s. to 100.00
2. Natrosol 250 HHRB
3. Stepanquat ML (95%)
4. Ammonyx CETAC (30%)
5. Lipocol L
6. Sodium Hydroxide (50%)
7. Citric Acid (50%)
8. Fragrance, dye, preservative

Into a vessel equipped with agitator, add 1. Start mixing. Into the vortex sprinkle in 2. Add 6 to raise pH to 7.5-8.0 and continue agitation, until all of 2 has dissolved. Add 7 to bring pH to 4.0-5.0. Add 3, 4 and 5. Mix well (if not homogeneous heat to 25-27°C). Adjust pH if necessary.

Appearance at 25°C: pearlescent lotion
pH: 3.35-4.50
Stability at 25°C and 50°C: passed
