Procedure
Combine 1-10, heat to 65°C, homogenize. Combine 11-16, heat to 65°C, mix until all dissolved. Slowly add water phase to oil phase while homogenizing. Continue homogenizing for 15 minutes. Cool and lower the mixing speed, mix well.
