Procedure
Add deionized water into a vessel large enough to provide adequate mixing while preparing batch.  Side sweep agitation is recommended.  Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 21 Polymer onto the surface of the deionized water.  Allow the Carbopol Ultrez 21 Polymer to fully wet (approximately 5 minutes).  Mix for 10 minutes.Partially neutralize the Carbopol Polymer dispersion with AMP-Ultra PC 2000.  Mix until uniform.  Slowly add Fixate Superhold Polymer to the mixing vessel.  Mix for approximately 5 minutes, or until uniform.Slowly add Part B ingredients (5- 9) in order to Part A.  Mix well after the addition of each ingredient.Slowly add the AMP-Ultra PC 2000 to neutralize the batch.  Allow the product to mix for approximately 5 minutes, or until uniform.  Scrape sides of the vessel to incorporate all ingredients into the gel, assuring homogeneity.Pre-mix ingredients 10 and 11 in a separate vessel with good mixing.  Mix until uniform.  Add deionized water and continue mixing.  Add Part C to main vessel. Increase agitation.  This mixture is very stringy and sticky. If necessary, adjust final pH to 6.8 – 7.2 with AMP-Ultra PC 2000.
