Procedure
In a vessel equipped with heating and agitation capabilities, charge water, propylene glycol and Bio-terge AS-40 CG-P. Start heating to 45-50°C with mixing. Add Stepan-mild L3 with agitation. Continue heating to 45-50°C. Mix until completely clear. Add salicylic acid with agitation. Mix until completely clear and everything is dissolved, while maintaining temeprature at 45-50°C. Add Stepan PEG 6000 DS with agitation. Mix until completely clear and everything is dissolved, while maintaining temperature at 45-50°C. Begin cooling to room temperature with agitation. Adjust pH with sodium hydroxide. Adjust viscosity with sodium chloride. Add preservatives, dye and fragrance if needed.
