Procedure
With continuous blending, disperse Farmal MS 5960 in water. Heat to 70-80°C and hold at this temperature for 20 minutes. Add isostearamidopropyl morpholine lactate, cetyl alcohol and blend until the cetyl alcohol is completely melted and dispersed. Cool to 50°C. Add preservative and fragrance. Cool to 35°C and fill.
