Sulfate-Free Conditioning Shampoo

Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate (40%)
Cocamide MEA
Glycol distearate
Farmal HFS 2656 (Corn Products, Intu0092l) (Hydrolyzed corn starch)
Ecopol 14U (Guar hydroxypropltrimonium chloride/economy polymers)
Citric acid to pH6.0-6.5
Water, dye, frag., preservative
q.s. to 100.0

Disperse Ecopol 14U in water at room temperature. Blend for 30 minutes and heat to 40°C. Add sodium C 14-16 olefine sulfonate, Cocamide MEA and glycol distearate. Heat to 70°C and hold until all the EGMS is melted. Cool to 50°C and add Farmal HFS 2656. Add dye, preservative and fragrance. Cool to 35°C and adjust pH with citric acid. Cool and fill.
