Dow Corning 5562 Carbinol Fluid (Bis-hydroxyethoxypropyl dimethicone)

Procedure
Premix phase C until homogeneous. Combine phase A ingredients. Add phase C to phase A and mix until homogeneous. Combine phase B ingredients until homogeneous. Slowly add phase B to phase A using high speed mixing. Mix with high shear (avoid aeration) until uniform.
