Procedure
Mix phase A under high sheer homogenizer recommended) until dispersed.     Using a propeller blade, mix phase B on low speed (300rpm) for 5 minutes.     Add phase C to phase A and mix for additional 1 minute.     Slowly add phase A  to phase B and increase blade speed to 800 rpm     to emulsify. Mix for 8-10 minutes.     Slowly add phase D (thickener) to batch and mix @ 800 rpm until smooth (appox. 8-10 minutes). Add preservative and mix @ 300 rpm for 1 minute.   Adjust PH to 6.5 using NaOH.
