Procedure | |
In main kettle, combine phase A ingredients and mix until uniform. Add phase B to phase A with propeller mixing. Mix until clear and uniform. Begin heating to 70-75˚C. Combine phase C ingredients and heat to 60-65˚C. Mix until uniform. Add phase c to batch with propeller mixing. Begin cooling. At 40˚C, add phase D to batch. Cool to 30˚C. | |
