Distilled water
Silasoma MEA (Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, polysilicone-14, butylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, butylated hydroxytoluene, etidronic acid)
Viscolam AT 100EF (Sodium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate, hydrogenated polydecene, caprylyl/capryl glucoside)
Cesmetic 4W (Hydroxypropyl guar)
RITASIL DM 1000CTS (Dimethicone)
RITA Glycerine, 99.7% (Glycerine)
Simchin certified organic (Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil)
RITA Cetearyl alcohol 50/50 2.50 (Cetearyl alcohol)
RITA GMS (Glyceryl stearate)
Pationic SSL (Sodium stearoyl lactylate)

Disperse Cesmetic 4W in distilled water and mix until completely hydrated ~ 15min. At this time hot plate can be turned on, the setting should be on low initially. Add Silasoma MEA and RITA Glycerine and mix well (Keep temperature < 40°C until everything is added to water phase). In a separate beaker combine RITASIL DM, glycerine, Simchin, RITA cetearyl alcohol, RITA GMS and Pationic SSL and heat to 70°C until melted. The main batch should also be heated to 70°C at the same time as the oil phase. Add oil phase slowly to water phase while at 70°C. Mixing speed should be increased at this time, creating a good vortex. Add Viscolam at 100 EF and emulsify for 20 minutes and then cool to 40°C. Add phenoxyethanol. Mix well.
