Procedure
Add phase A ingredients in batch tank. Stir 10 minutes and begin raising temperature to 60°C. In separate container, heat phase B to 65°C and add to phase A at 60°C. Begin cooling to room temperature, add Dowicil at 45°C. Add fragrance and color if necessary.
