Procedure
Disperse Cosmedia SP into the water at room temperature with stirring. Mix homogenously. Premix phase B and then pour into phase I while mixing until a uniform emulsion is formed. Add Phase C while stirring.

Final pH—5.8; Final viscosity—55,000 mPa.s (Brk RVT, RT, Helipath, speed 5)
