Major Function:
- Manage the CRO relationship for Clinical Trials
- Writing and editing of the clinical testing protocols and related documents,
- Monitoring of clinical trials using e-CRF in various CROs in USA.
- Interaction with clinical research organization within L’Oreal (USA and France).
- Available for travel, both within US and some travel to France.
Requirements:
- Ph.D degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Cosmetic Science or related field with 1-5 years of post-doc work experience.
- Three plus years of experience managing Human Clinical Trials in pharmaceutical, OTC, or personal care industries.
- Experience working with CRO’s
- Working Knowledge of methods of evaluation (instrumental and clinical) or diagnostic tools for evaluating product efficacy
- Good communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data management & statistics preferred..
- A good knowledge of cosmetic actives and functions is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Skin biology, Dermatological pathologies would be desirable.
- Travel one to two days per month
- Understanding of the French language a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US on an on-going basis.
