Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations

About the Job
Leading, privately-owned consumer skincare and beauty product organization seeks applicant to manage our logistics operation. This individual will plan, implement and control the effective and efficient flow of goods and services from the point of origin to point of distribution. You will ensure the security and accountability of material and goods with inventory control.
You will manage both domestic and international logistics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Review planning process including: procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics.
· Ensure that all operational procedures are followed. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
· Ensure product supply plans support sales, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Drive suppliers to ensure material availability and readiness for the product builds.
· Create and monitor BOM’s as supplied from our internal product development department.
· Maintain routing’s and routing instructions and conform to customer requirements.
· Optimize the steady flow of materials through transport and storage. (Business Logistics)
· Manage and improve reverse logistics at our 3PL.
· Manage the accuracy and flow of inventory at our Third Party Manufacturing partners.
· Product assembly of special projects including special internal project assembly.
· Manage inbound Quality Assurance from vendors and third party manufacturing sites.
· Provide business analytics as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent 3-5 years’ of education and experience in a logistics/supply chain environment.
- Prior mid-level management experience with direct reports. Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an organization.
- MUST be able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
- Prior experience with USPS postal regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in oversea shipments is a plus.
