Burt’s Bees Chooses CCL Plastic Packaging

November 15, 2005

Los Angeles-based CCL Plastic Packaging manufactures all of Burt’s Bees’ tubes utilizing CCL’s Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) tubes and closures. Previously, Burt’s Bees used recyclable aluminum tubes; however, executives said PCR plastic is more user-friendly, flexible and does not crack or leak. The products include toothpastes, baby diaper ointment, cleansers, crèmes and more. More info: www.cclplastic.com.
