Eastar’s New Glass Polymer Addition

November 22, 2005

Eastman Chemical Company, New York City, introduced Eastar Copolyester EB062, the latest addition to the Glass Polymer
portfolio. This resin offers a thick-walled alternative to glass
without having to sacrifice clarity and chemical resistance for design freedom. It has a look and feel close to glass, yet is lighter and more resistant to breakage than conventional plastic material alternatives. More info: www.eastman.com.
