Special fundraising products out now.

Bright Future

Here’s a look at the latest “pink ribbon” personal care launches that raise proceeds for breast cancer awareness. Jane Iredale celebrates six years of partnership with Living Beyond Breast Cancer with the launch of Bright Future ($30). This mirrored compact features five favorite eyeshadow shades (Peach Sherbet, Pink Glaze, Red Carpet, Pink Cloud, and Dusk) along with a travel-sized eye shadow brush, for on-the-go application and touch ups. Adorned with a rose-colored Swarovski crystal, Bright Future is packaged in a festive quilted-paper decorative box. One hundred percent of profits from the sale of Bright Future will be donated to Living Beyond Breast Cancer.

Hydrate for Hope

Murad’s limited edition Hydrate for Hope set ($49.50) featuring Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture is both a good deal and a good deed. Murad donates 10% from the sale of this set sold to retailers to City of Hope’s breast and women’s cancers research, treatment and education programs. The kit, which comes with a hot pink cosmetic bag, includes Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture that features a luxurious blend of super-hydrating ingredients that quench skin and restore youthful resiliency and tone, according to the company. Avocado, sunflower and olive fruit oils fuel the formulation. Retinyl palmitate and shea butter improve texture and tone.

Pink of Hearts

OPI launched its seventh annual limited edition Pink of Hearts promotion ($19.95n, featuring the classic sheer pink shade Pink-ing of You and the new sparkle-packed hue More than a Glimmer. Pink of Hearts 2013 will also include pink ribbon and crystal decals ($10 each) to embellish nails. This duo pack is designed to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research and support. In 2013, OPI will donate $25,000 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October) to Susan G. Komen. OPI will also donate $5,000 to Rethink Breast Cancer in Canada.

Pink Ribbon Gift Set

RevitaLash will celebrate courage and hope with a special pink ribbon gift set ($149) offering lash and hair volume enhancement products. The package includes Nouriche by Athena Cosmetics Eyelash Conditioner 1.0 ml/.034 fl oz, Hair Advanced by RevitaLash 46 ml/1.57 fl oz and an exclusive GWP offer, an embroidered RevitaLash Travel Jewelry Roll. 10% profit from the sale of each gift set during the month of October will be donated to breast cancer research initiatives. (limited time offer, while supplies last, prices subject to change).

Sebastian, Nioxin Step Up

Sister brands Sebastian Professional and Nioxin are both supporting BCA this month with special promotions. Nioxin is offering 25% off DiaMax products; while Sebastian Professional offers the Shaper Pink Can for 15% off as well as the promo, “Buy 1 Shaper/Shaper Plus, get 2nd 30% off,” according to the company.

Pink Pearls by Lisa Hoffman

Pick pink this October and perfect the beauty routine with pretty products from Lisa Hoffman Beauty. For the month of October, the company is donating 100% of profits of her fragrant Pink Pearl Bracelet ($75) made with Swarovski Elements to the National Breast Cancer Coalition. Available in any of Lisa Hoffman’s five wearable fragrances: Madagascar Orchid, Tunisian Neroli, Japanese Agarwood, French Clary Sage and Tuscan Fig.

Hand & Nail Harmony

Morgan Taylor’s Hand & Nail Harmony ($8.50) professional nail lacquer supports Breast Cancer Awareness with a limited edition polish trio. Caringly selected from the brand new lacquer line (launched in Summer 2013), “Who’s That Girl,” “All Dolled Up” and “Make Me Blush” will be sold together and 5% of each purchase will be donated to the Susan G. Komen organization to support breast cancer research.
