Model Magic

Lijha Stewart, director of education and artistry, The Americas, poses with assorted body-art adorned mannequins that “modeled” at the event. Over the years, Make Up For Ever has been lauded for its powerful pigments and professional-grade wear.

Expert Insight

Simone Ciafardini, vice president of education and artistry, chatted with company founder Dany Sanz (at right), creator and artistic director, about the history of Make Up For Ever and how it developed into a global player in the industry.

Creative Process

Editors in attendance received the opportunity to make a “mood board” that would be utilized to create a custom four-eyeshadow palette.

Impressive Selection

In honor of its 30 years, Make Up For Ever introduces the Artist Shadow range, a collection of 210 highly pigmented hues featuring Water-Blend Technology in matte, satin, metal, iridescent and diamond finishes.

30 is the new 100—just ask Dany Sanz. In 1984, the founder of global beauty brand Make Up For Ever launched 100 new eyeshadows with confidence. Today, the expanded collection features everything from HD pressed powder to Aqua Rouge waterproof lipcolor. Make Up For Ever held a press event on April 10 at Industria Superstudio/Studio 10 in New York to celebrate its accomplishments.
