Red Carpet Manicure, LLC (RCM) launched the limited edition Cinderella Collection in celebration of Walt Disney Pictures’ release. The range features a Collector’s Edition Gel Polish Pro Kit and six new Gel Polishes, in Red Carpet Manicure’s three-step LED gel polish formula. A portable LED light has light blue glitter.

Tea Time

Classic couture and rocker chic sit side-by-side at a tea party with a twist. Butter’s High Tea collection flaunts an intoxicating blend of bold pastels and bright crème to create a fresh palette for spring. Reflect upon the serenity of nature with new dreamy CND Shellac nail color shades in Dandelion, Fragrant Freesia, Salmon Run, Wild Moss, Creekside and Field Fox for Spring 2015. The brand also rolled out a set of Additives to add shimmer and dimension to seasonal nail styles (pictured on lead page).

Flower Power

Essie’s Spring 2015 Collection is inspired by the bright blooms all around from the runway to social media channels. The collection was inspired by a true “flowerista” – a fashionista who created her signature style inspired by botanical and floral fashion. This collection also comes in Essie gel.

CC for Nails

This spring, Deborah Lippmann introduces her new multitasking nail color corrector, All About That Base CC Base Coat. This all-in-one formula provides 10 nail treatment benefits and immediate nail perfecting coverage. This hydrating complex with panthenol is 5-free and is infused with biotin and green.

To counteract pops of color on eyes and lips this season, the top trend for Spring 2015 nails is minimalism. According to Lori Taylor Davis, global pro lead artist, Smashbox Cosmetics, Los Angeles, CA, “Nails are moving to a slightly softer side. Also, nail art is subtle and graphic.”

Craig-Ryan French, artistic beauty director and global artist for Paul & Joe, Toronto, agreed. He told Happi.com, “Nails remain as naked as the face in Spring 2015 with suggestive, ‘swinging 70’s’ swipes of color on the tips (Sophie Theallet), moons (Delpozo), and even just the sides of the nail (Dion Lee) – for a ‘negative-space’ manicure that is striking in its simplicity!”
