Hair Detangling Agent Introduced by Croda

Parsippany, NJ-based Croda Inc. added Incroquat Behenyl TMS-50 to its lineup. This hair detangling and conditioning agent, a 50% active behentrimonium methosulfate quat, offers formulators higher activity and greater flexibility and conditioning to hair care formulations. Executives said formulators can manipulate the quat:fatty acid ratio. Incroquat Behenyl TMS-50 can be used as a hair detangler, cationic emulsifier or skin care agent.
